SLEEP CONSULTING METHOD
The Sleep Sense™ method was created in 2003 out of a strong belief that healthy sleep habits contribute to healthy children. A well-rested child is more curious, full of energy, happy, fun, and eager to learn.
The Sleep Consulting method places a lot of emphasis on accommodating different parenting styles and the bottom line is that you, as a parent, need to be comfortable with your new sleep plan in order to work for your child. It is extremely important for me to work in partnership with adults and/or families, fully understanding the situation and family dynamics, to achieve the expected result through a customised plan.
This program is recognized and approved by the Association of Professional Sleep Consultants, whose mission is to promote the highest standard of practice for the professional sleep consulting industry worldwide, to ensure that client’s needs are met with professionalism, excellence, and ethical care.
